Dreams - Harlow

We were particularly pleased with the range of products on offer and the prices. The website was intuitive and when we placed an order over the phone, the colleague was especially helpful. The best part is that we have just assembled the bed and it looks as though our little dog can sleep in either of the two drawers. We have taken a photo and posted on the Dreams FB page as it is too cute!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Mike. We explained that we were looking for a new mattress. He introduced Dreams’ Sleep Match Machine and proceeded to explain what will happen. He let us follow the instructions and upon completion, we were greeted by Shah. He explained our results to us and proceeded to take us to our matches. We were given pillows and he allowed us time to try each and every mattress that was matched to us. Once we have tried all of our matches, he let us go back to our chosen 2 mattresses and let us decide without hovering over us, we felt very comfortable. Once we made our choice, we were offered a cup of coffee while we completed our order. Everything was explained to us, we decided to pay a deposit and pay the rest via instalments, plan was explained, protection was explained, collection of old mattress and delivery of new one agreed and offered, at each stage any additional costs were explained to us clearly and without pressure. Very pleasant experience

Great selection of beds to choose from.

The whole experience was a complete joy. The sleep machine was time well spent, and helped us out in finding the right bed for us.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure being there.

A very good experience. The bed matching machine was great and then the sales assistant was able to point me towards appropriate beds (mattress) for myself and I found the perfect one for me!
