Mark was extremely helpful and informative, gave us many options as well as helping us find the perfect bed for us using sleep match. Very friendly and very welcoming person. Excited for our new bed too!

I have bought 4 beds in 2 days . Served at Harlow by mike ..used the mattress finder and was shown beds ..with cup of tea . Went back later for bed 2. Mike served with tea and hot choc for my daughter who on the machine found right bed . Today I went in for another 2 beds .. was served by Mark most efficiently . Both very friendly approachable but not pushy . Recommend highly

Found a mattress quite quickly that we like. The assistant was friendly and helpful straightforward and honest helping us get to a decision quickly. IT gives me confidence that we have a trial period for our new mattress having spent a lot of money on it, and that our old one can be collected on delivery of our new one. The service was efficient and we feel that we have a good quality product. We look forward to receiving our new mattress.

We had a very helpful assistant named SHAH in the Harlow branch he gave us a lot of advice & help getting the right mattress he greated us very politly, offered us a drink, done a sleepmatch, asked how we felt when we layed on the mattresses we tried about 5 we found the best mattress he asked was it comfortable gave us the options & deals they give us collecting our old bed, service plan & assembly offer very friendly helpful & polite My order number is 104A021728 Thank you
