I walked in to the store with the purpose of looking at replacing my current beds. The array of what is available was impressive. Most impressed with the machine to diagnose the best mattress for me personally was amazing. The turnaround time for delivery was even more impressive. Well done guys....

First time when we went in Dreams, it was one of the many stores to check for beds (quality and price). We were quickly greeted by Mr. Shah who not only helped us trying out for beds but explained the differences between them and how important it is to have the right bed. We tried out the bed simulator and got a quote for what we felt it was our dream beds. Of course we didn't buy them straight away because other stores were on the list as well. Few months past, but we were hooked after experiecing the beds we loved so we returned to Dreams where we were greeted by the same person Mr. Shah. He was very helpful and welcoming sharing his experiences with different beds and recommended us to take a cover plan in case of any minor accidents. Not only were we offered a hot beverage, but he made us feel comfortable and cozy. It's not every day you meet a person like him. The hole proces was smooth, clear and enjoyable thanks to him. Now i know why they are called Dreams, because they made our dreams come true!

We were treated by big James who was very patient with us and did not hurry us into anything offered coffee while we browsed around enjoyed the bed that gave us a insight at the type of bed that suits us very happy with our choice and looking forward to getting delivery thanks.

I have never been in a Dreams store before but after my experience I would highly recommend to everyone to go. When I entered the store you could see the premium quality of the beds. Soon after I was approached by a member of staff named Mike and he was so accommodating and helpful. But equally let us take our time and put no pressure on us to get the 'most expensive' etc but what was really suitable for what I wanted which was a TV bed. I am so excited for the bed to come but I also really could not fault the service I have received at Dreams, it may sound silly but the money spent was SO worth it for the friendliness of staff as well as the obvious exceptional quality of bed. Perhaps you may find cheaper beds from other locations but nothing could compare to the calibre of these beds as well as the reassurance I gained from the experts. You spend so many hours in bed asleep so to me this investment is something that is truly worth every penny! Thank you to Dreams and I look forward to reviewing my chosen bed once it has been delivered and installed (which may I add is for a reasonable price to be installed and for my current bed to be removed). Thank you! :)

Customer service was amazing, delivery was so quick and efficient with the driver calling me to tell me when he was about to arrive, the friendliness of staff, very very pleased

Mark was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We were shown a range of products at a range of prices.

Assistant was prompt but not pushy and very helpful - knew his products well.
