Both Shah and Sophie were patient knowledgeable, did not rush us and seemed to have a good knowledge of the products

I left the store very impressed with the level of knowledge the sales assistant had of the products available and appreciate that he was not a pushy sales assistant. My experience was amazing I only went in for a bed but ended up buying a mattress and two pillows. Amazing customer service in Harlow and a big thank you to Shuyeb

Professional friendly knowledgeable staff who took time to understand our issues. Great range of product but store felt a touch grubby (more to do with the physical building rather than anything else). Really great experience though.

Assistant was really knowledgeable and helpful amazing number of examples of beds on display in the store too

I spent a long weekend going over various web sites tearing my hair out trying to nail down a bed with my particular needs ie. wooden slats etc and I would have wanted to see it, then I got on to your harlow store and spent 15 mins with a very knowledgeable man called Shuyeb, he explained I wouldn't be able to see the bed in any stores but yes old bed could be taken away so I bought there and then. I shall be going back next week to do what I should've firstly, order a new mattress!

Colleague was very informative but not too pushy, giving us every opportunity to discuss our purchase privately, no extras were pushed upon us although we did purchase additional items, every effort was made to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

Mike was very helpful and very friendly. Very happy with our experience. We have been to many bed shops before and walked out empty handed because we didn’t know what it was we needed but it was so quick and easy today

As soon as I went in the store I was greeted by friendly helpful staff. They assisted me to fund the right product at a price that I could afford. I was made to feel valued and the assistant was patient and kind. She was able to show me a variety of products so I could decide, I never felt pressured but certainly felt helped, amazing service to ensure it could be delivered on a day to suit my needs. Thankyou
