Great staff with excellent product knowledge. And not pushy!

I was given a bespoke service from Shah whom made me feel confident that he really cared that I got the correct mattress for both myself and my daughter. He was very open and honest and although I spent more than what I first intended when I first walked around the store, I have peace of mind that I made the correct choices which I may not have made had it not been for Shah's assistance. Very satisfied.

Shah was very friendly and very helpful. He greeted us as we entered the store and invited us to use the sleep match technology in the store which we found intriguing and very helpful. We were offered drinks which was lovely and he took the time to show us the mattresses and some memory foam pillows which we will return to purchase later. All in all it was a worthwhile visit A*****

Clean tidy and well spaced out not pushy or on your case left to look around and then when we were ready Mark was there to help and give advice

we were looked after in store by Shah who was so very helpful with everything,Shah was very knowledgable about the product and we feel he went beyond the call of duty with helping us nothing was to much trouble even staying later to make sure that the finance we requested for the bed was agreed excellent customer service and Shah certainly made our bed buying experience an excellent one

mark was very helpful and understanding as we came in yesterday but my dad was rushed into hospital. I came back in this morning and he immediately asked me how my dad was. Mark was very understanding and professional he explained all the benefits regarding my purchase bedcover etc I would highly recommend his service for future customers

The male sales assistant allowed me some time to look around before asking if I needed help. This allowed me to have time to make some decisions and also I did not feel pressurised. He assisted me in making a decision between two mattresses. The ordering procedure was relatively quick and the delivery time given was acceptable. I was given a mattress disposal bag, and told that my old mattress would be disposed of correctly at a factory. I now await the delivery of my new mattress - so far so excellent.
