The manager at your Horsham Branch was on hand to serve us on both occasions we visited the Branch and she offered us the benefit of her great expertise. The eventual order was made with the be befit of knowing and trusting the member of staff who served us. It was so nice to talk the choice of bed through in person, I believe the assistants name was Benjamin who was more than helpful and extremely accommodating. I would like Benjamin working for my business.

I was greeted by a very friendly and experienced gentlemen. He was trying hard to understand my need for the mattress although this was hard because of my personal confusion. I was really surprised by how much this guy know, he made my life easier by asking questions to know my need which enabled him to narrow the choices for me. Used the dreams sleep motion bed which Marc from the Horsham store then helped point out which beds to try and which was best suited for me very helpful
