I was attended to quickly. Social distancing and covid cleanliness were excellent so I felt safe . The assistant was knowledgeable, he didn’t make me feel I was being pressurised or ‘sold to’ , more assisted . My needs were met both with product ( I hope as it’s not been delivered yet ) and helpful, friendly salesman

Very satisfied with my visit to your Horsham branch - Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping to make the correct choice, especially after laying on several mattresses and was confused and concerned in making the right decision as I suffer with low back pain.

Superb customer service from your representative, easy, clean and conformable surroundings. Free bottled water was a lovely touch, oh and the offer of a Cuppa perfect.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. COVID rules were adhered to.

We looked up the mattress online and compared other companies like for like and found Dreams the best value. We were able to find that not only was this mattress available for delivery within 10 days we were able to try it out at our local Horsham branch. Both members of staff that dealt with our us were very helpful, polite and knew their products.

We had the store and the assistant all to ourselves.
