The two assistants who helped us (I’m sorry I can’t remember their names) were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have done anything more to help us. They made us feel really welcome.

The shop setting was excellent, the cleanliness was marvellous, the warm welcoming by the staff was excellent. She explained in details and I understood her perfectly well, her knowledge about her product is excellent. I will love to shop again at dreams.

Checked Dreams website for a reasonably priced mattress, and then rang store, The assistant was very polite, helpful and advised on best value. The item was in stock and we arranged to collect the following day.Directions for parking and collection were given and mattress was ready to collect, Very good service with prompt telephone responses.
