We visited the Dreams store in Horsham. We were greeted by Kerryn who made us feel at ease straight away. She explained the covid 19 precautions that were in place in store before we started looking around. We then went on to the sleep match machine which Kerryn explained in great detail. After that she outlined all the available choices of mattresses to us and their particular benefits. We tried them all out and, although initially just looking for a mattress, we ended up buying the Sleepmotion 200i bed!! All in all a great experience and Kerryn was excellent and very knowledgeable. Customer Assistance Kiran was very supportive/helpful and was keen to assist us in finding out suitable options of Beds. She was friendly and advise us to buy appropriate bed after understanding our requirements.
