Young man was very helpful and knowledgable- he didn’t rush us or make us feel we had to make a decision. He was understanding and polite.

Ben was the reason. He was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly without being too over the top. You don’t want someone hovering over you while you lie on a bed and Ben was good with leaving us to test mattresses without us feel like we were being ‘watched over’!
