As soon as we stepped in to the store, we were met by friendly staff. The staff member explained everything we needed to know regarding the store layout, the precautions the store and staff have taken regarding Covid. Knowledge of goods, what to look out for all based on our sleep/ bed assessment.

Honestly. That was best customer service experience in the last 12years. The knowledge customer service was excellent amazing people working it the store. Make me feel like wow can't have words. Amazing team work to.

Tracy was very knowledgable, and didn't harass us, she let us look on our own then was great when we asked for help. Tracy explained quality of mattresses and beds.
