I was served by Kerryn in the Horsham store. Fom the moment I walked in the store to the time I left she looked after me very well. I felt covid safe at all times. She made sure she understood what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction and even tho I was purchasing a bed base and not a mattress she had me go on the special Dream machine to see whether I would need a sprung base or not. Overall, excellent service and an efficient and enjoyable visit. And the best thing is I get my new bed within a week which is a big relief as mine is broken and I didnt want to have to wait weeks for a new one. I was even offered a bottle if water. Also, the prices are very reasonable compared with other places Fantastic! Would definitely recommend!
