I was greeted almost immediately by Ben in the Horsham branch who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! He talked us through every option and I used the dream machine to see what sort of mattress I needed. I told Ben about my back and shoulder problems and he had all the answers and the mattresses he showed me were so so comfy!! I don’t think I have ever been more satisfied with the service provided and was genuinely impressed and felt comfort in knowing he knew what he was talking about and how pleasant he was! Honestly a fantastic experience! So good in fact, my mum is dragging my dad down to use the machine and hopefully get a new mattress from Ben also! (They have only had their Emma mattress about a year!) we were both very happy and would 100% return and recommend

The lady Kerryn who served me was extremely helpful and personable, she explained everything in detail and my purchase went smoothly with no troubles, I rang to change the delivery date and that was done straightaway. Her customer service was excellent she is a credit to your company.

It did help that the store was empty. Kerryn was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our visit was excellent and would recommend dreams.
