Kerryn at Horsham was incredible. She was alone in the store, and when I walked in she was dealing with another customer. She really politely excused herself in order to come over and explain the hygiene process within the store. She left me to browse so she could finish with her other customer. She was so informative, knowledgable and friendly. She talked me through the sleep match software, assured me of the hygiene standards etc. She wasn’t rude or tried to upsell, she was delicate on my situation (needing a new matress as my partner is moving out) and understood that I didn’t have masses of money to spend. She was incredible, and definitely when I have more money I’d love one of the bed frames with a charger! Kerryn is an invaluable employee!!

We were very impressed with Ben who was friendly, informative yet gave us the time we needed to try the beds without being pushy. He only started in January, then was put on furlough - we wouldn't have known he was so new to the company as he was very competent in explaining the different types of mattress etc.
