Dreams - Horsham

I wasn't planning on buying a bed today however the lady who served me really knew her stuff and was very easy to talk to as well. It has been a long time since I have had to buy a bed. Tracey didn't baffle me with science and when using your special machine, she made light of insecurities about my being over-weight. It's a shame you only sell beds cos I think I'd be very tempted to return for more of the same treatment. Thanks for the great experience. Probable the nicest £825 I've ever spent!!!

It was excellent to be acknowledged when entering the shop. This did not happen in another bed store in Horsham and I am very pleased I came over to Dreams. Tracy was very helpful over the phone when I check if the items I was looking at were in the showroom and then was very helpful when I arrived. Helped me at each stage and answered all my questions.
