We were show the sleep tech machine to use and time was spent finding what would suit us best and we had a very helpful member of staff called Kerryn who helped us with mattresses and then also headboards and explained the benefits of different bedframes. Social distancing measures were in place and we were very impressed with the use of single use pillow cases, hand sanitisers and cleaning procedures.
