All staff were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of the products. The store was clean and the staff were well equipped and trained to make us feel safe and as relaxed as possible given the current coronavirus pandemic.

The COVID provisions were clearly laid out and simple to follow. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful but not too pushy and gave us time to discuss the beds by ourselves.
