from upon entering the store we found Tracy to be very polite and helpful. we were offered the find the right bed experience. After this were were directed to all the suggested beds . she was most informative and never pressured us to commit to any particular one . We made our choice by being able to try each one out.

The lady assist who helped us was very knowledgeable and made the whole process pleasurable without us feeling any form of pressure to make a purchase. We also liked the bed analyser device which helped us determine what type of mattress was going to suit our needs and requirements.
