The lady assist who helped us was very knowledgeable and made the whole process pleasurable without us feeling any form of pressure to make a purchase. We also liked the bed analyser device which helped us determine what type of mattress was going to suit our needs and requirements.

Very Friendly, knowledgable staff who listened to what we were after and helped us select the best mattress for our daughter. I was quite daunted by the huge number of products and styles of mattress, but the sales assistant helped loads and I ended up really enjoying the whole experience!

My wife and I were served by a lady called Tracy who was highly knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and friendly and spent a lot of time with us helping to select the item we wanted. Excellent service.
