The staff in the store were helpful, without being pushy- they made it clear they were there to help if we needed them, but they didn’t hover over us. When we needed assistance they were knowledgeable and able to tell us what we needed. The ordering process was quick and easy.

Our sales contact Tracey at the Horsham shop explained all of the options in detail to explain what the differences were between the specifications and we trialled the beds for comfort, along with the 'special' beds that measures the way you sleep.

Rae helped us find the right bed and did not pressurise us.
