Tom was extremely helpful, explaining the difference between the different types of mattresses. He was quick to understand our needs and also explained the guarantee. Was able to buy exactly what we wanted.

Tom who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained and showed the different mattresses to us and couldn’t have been more helpful. The showroom was laid out well.

Kerryn helped me during the visit. She was highly professional and had excellent product knowledge. She gave just the right amount of input, plenty of information without any pressure. It made me feel confident that I had chosen the right product.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff went out of her way to help us with our needs... gave us the chance to try out some of the beds within our price range, and where very helpful & left us to shop and make our own decision in our own time. Great customer service recieved and even offered us a hot drink whilst putting through our order.
