from the time we entered the store Tracey was ever so helpful we tried the bed to decide what type of mattress we needed At no point was Tracey pushy for a sale and only directed us to beds she thought would be good for us. This service made for an easy purchase which we feel very pleased with.

Excellent support from a knowledgeable advisor throughout the selection and buying activity. I thought the electronic bed simulator was a bit of a gimmick but the advisor helped us to find a mattress suited to our needs.

I went in with a mattress in mind, but after chatting to Tracey I ended up buying what I felt was a more suitable mattress and slightly cheaper so overall very happy. Tracey was not too salesy or pushy and obviously was very knowledgeable without ramming it me. She judged me and matched how she needed to be perfectly.

Staff were helpful and friendly. They did not try and force other offers on us but did let us know what was available. The process was very efficient and didn’t unnecessarily waste anyone’s time.
