The assistant was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. The whole experience was smooth and all questions were answered. It was all very orderly and straight forward. I was happy to place my order and felt everything was taken care of.

I was welcomed when I arrived in the store and then left to browse which is what I wanted. I was later approached by Tracey who asked if I needed advice. I was ready to ask questions by this stage and she helped me put together a good solution for my guest bedroom requirements. She knew her products and was very helpful in advising on type of mattresses, colours of divan beds; delivery times before Christmas etc. Very helpful and informative without being pushy.

The person who served me listened to what I wanted and then showed me the products and before that checked delivery times as I needed it by xmas. Really efficient didn't try to tell me about stuff I wasn't interested in , really good to be shown exactly what you have asked for

The salesperson, Tom, was highly knowledgable and talked through all the options available. He also spent time talking about future purchases and being extremely good with my 2yr old son who was with me on the visit to the store.

Tom was very helpful and we found the perfect bed pretty quickly!
