We were helped by staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. We were shopping for a bed for us we were put in the sleep machine and shown the mattresses recommended for us. It was quick and easy and everything was explained by Tracey. The only thing I would have liked was sooner delivery. We are going to have to sleep on a mattress on the floor when we move for a week! Apart from that we were very happy with our visit. Thank you

Turned up, got offered assistance straight away. Given me the best advice and was very knowledgable in what they were talking about. Found everything I wanted to relatively quickly. Everything went smooth and was very satisfied with my purchase

As soon as we entered the store we were looked after by Tracy. She has excellent customer service skills and at no point did we feel like we were getting a hard sell. She had excellent product knowledge and gave us all the options and then left us to make our decision. We even got a cup of coffee...wow that is great service. She was a pleasure to deal with and we walked away very pleased...only wish we could have taken the bed away there and then.

The sales guy Tom at the horsham store was very good, he answered all our questions and showed us in the right direction. He offered us further products but was not pushy which was great as some sale people can be. We left with exactly what we wanted and look forward to receiving our bed. He was very friendly and courteous but at the same time was not in our faces and left us to it when we wanted him too. Excellent customer service, offered a drink too which was nice. Thanks Tom.
