The service was excellent, very helpful staff but not too pushy. Gave all the information you needed and then gave you time to think about all the different factors.

Tracey was just such a lovely lady. We looked at mattresses in John Lewis and benson beds but she won the day... in the end it was less about the mattress (which we are very pleased with) but more about her sales skills... a true asset... out of all the beds we looked at this was the most expensive. But we where happy to purchase it as she won us over.

Marc was friendly and helpful. We managed to get everything we needed for a great price. We need 3 single mattresses soon and we will be heading back to Dreams in Horsham. Thank you for your great customer service and a brilliant nights sleep!

over all the service was exellent the sleep match technology in store is a great idea to know what mattress is best for me and my wife . My daughter tried the same thing and brought a mattress too chould not be happier thank you
