Extremely friendly and helpful staff who are able to answer any questions I had. Sadly the store does not keep the Wilkes bed frame in stock.

Staff member was very quick in welcoming us into store, good knowledge of products, offered tea and coffee and was not pushy at all in trying to sell which was very good.

The staff took their time to get to know our needs and what we wanted. Very helpful and polite staff. There was no pressure to purchase anything. All in all a very positive experience.
