We were seen to as soon as we walked through the door. The technology available in store that enabled us to choose the right mattress was impressive & made what we anticipated to be an arduous task much more efficient.

Tracey the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different beds and showed us a variety of mattresses to try that met our needs. She was able to help us as myself and my partner have different requirements for the bed we wanted and was able to accomodate us giving us alternative options and explaining the benefits of each. We bought multiple beds for the whole family and Tracy made a mammoth task an easy and smooth experience. Highly recommend Dreams Horsham.

We went there to buy the SAME type & make of mattress we last bought at Dreams 10 years ago. We were impressed with the analysis machine which told us what to buy. We then found exactly the type we wanted at a 60% discount in the sale, available for delivery within a few days so bought it. The delivery was within the 2 hr widow quoted and the 2 delivery men were very pleasant & efficient.

The young man who served us was very accommodating and had a joyful sense of humour. It can be quite complicated for a lady of my age visiting shops but he did make it very easy from start to finish. I'm generally not one to buy anything extra but he explained about the free pillows and £100 with the mattress I chose. I then decided to purchase a cool feeling pillow and overall was happy with the value for money. Thank you for all your help and I'm very much looking forward to receiving my mattress.
