Assisted by member of staff Chazz. She was very helpful and listened to what we were asking for. She didn't put any pressure in us to make a decision on the spot, instead she guided us through our options and provided us with the knowledge we required. The result was, we found exactly what we were after.

I am disabled and spend most my time in bed , I struggle with daily life and need to be comfortable , when I entered the store I explains my needs of what bed I was after and the firmness of the mattresses I need Marc took me over to the best bed for me I haven’t a lot of money and he managed to get me the best for my life range , I payed on the bed , he got me a pillow to try out so I could feel like I was at home , he offered me a cup of tea , and also my disabled mother who came with me was very please with how he coped with my demands ! Lol , he did offer me to try a sleep machine , but I declined, I also punched a duvet witch he knew exactly what I wanted when I explained the type I wanted . He seemed very clued to what he was doing , could tell he loves to work helping people , the store was very clean and tidy , spacious , only problem was parking but not to much of a problem . Could do with a car park . I will definitely be recommending your services & coming back !!! Extremely satisfied customer !!!!

We only went into the Horsham Dreams to see what was on offer but ended up buying the 2 beds that we were looking for. We were approached by Tracey who explained the products and we tried the demonstrator, she was not at all pressing us to buy - her approach was very professional and trustworthy. As it was sales time, we were able to get a good deal and with Tracey was exceptionally helpful with all the detail.

Marc put us on the sleep machine which finding our mattress easier. Although the mattress that we chose wasn't on the list it was very comfortable and was the firmness suggested. Marc pointed out the ex display models as we wanted a decent mattress at an affordable price and were blown away with the deal we got. Thank you so much for all your help Marc, we'll definitely be back in the future.
