Dreams - Horsham

Our assistant Chazz was exceptional. Her product knowledge was extremely good and she made making a decision to buy what we did much easier. She was friendly and approachable from the minute we walked into the store, without being pushy. We visited another bed retailer afterwards and found their products and customer service did not match what we had received at Dreams and therefore we quickly came back. Chazz had all the information we needed to make our final decision. We will definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family and look forward to receiving our new bed and mattress next month.

We were greeted upon entering the shop. Said we were just browsing and we were offered a drink whilst we browse which I thought was lovely. Tracey the lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful throughout our whole time in the store.

We walked into the store, looked around. A little while later an assistant came to us to offer help. We explained what we needed. It was suggested we Laredo. The ‘testing’ bed. Chazz was lovely. She was polite, friendly and really knew her stuff. We were only looking to purchase a bed, however, Chazz took the time to talk us through the benefits of a quality matress. So after using the crazy matress diagnostic machine, we found the perfect fit. We went away with a new bed, a new matress, a duvet, 4 pillows and 3 bed sheets. There must have been something in the coffee... Thank you Chazz, you're a credit to the Horsham store :)

I was served by a very knowledgeable and cheerful girl (Chass?) who gave me plenty of time to check out the alternatives, answered questions (and found out quickly those she didn't know the answer to, such as the recycling of old mattresses. I was very impressed.
