Dreams - Horsham

Tracey put us on the dreams mattress machine to assess both our needs. Based on the results Tracey showed us a number of suitable beds to try. Tracey gave us information about the mattresses, divan beds and headboards to suit our requirements. Tracey was friendly & very helpful. She offered us a number of services available when we ordered our bed to make the transition from our old bed to the new one we have ordered. We visited another bed shop to compare but returned to dreams as the customer service by Tracey was outstanding. The bed we have chosen is very comfortable, good quality & competitively priced.

Tom at the Horsham store was excellent.

We were the first in store on the Sun morning and Tracey greeted us. We were looking for a double mattress but didn't know what we wanted so Tracey suggested we try the machine that calibrates what type of firmness you need. This was helpful to narrow down the selection. Tracey showed us 3 mattresses which we tried and then we made our decision to go for the more expensive one. There was 20% off if we bought a bed frame so as our son needed a new bed we purchased an oak bed frame and received the 20% off the mattress. Tracey asked if we needed bed linen which we did because the new mattress was very deep. We also bought a Tempur pillow. She apologised that she couldn't offer us coffee as the machine was broken. Tracey and also her colleague were really friendly and we chatted like friends. There was no pushy sales just friendly and helpful advice.

Tracey helped us at the Horsham store. She was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and was most helpful.

We feel that a lot of time was spent with us ensuring that our needs were understood, and yet we were given plenty of time and space to make our decision . Tracy (or Lady Tracy as per her badge) is an excellent and professional saleswoman.

From the moment I entered Horsham dreams, Chazz was very welcoming and acknowledged us even though she was busy with another customer. She allowed us to look round the store after explaining how your colour system works which we thought made things extremely easy. She offered us drinks whilst we browsed which we happily accepted. Chazz was then available to answer all our questions. We decided to buy there and then due to the great service we had recieved. We are very excited to receive our new mattress and will be reccomending dreams to all friends and family. Thanks Chazz!
