I had a change of mind with original order and the lady I spoke with made sure I felt it was no trouble at all to completely change my order. She was extremely friendly and personable.

Helpful colleague who listened to our needs and showed us suitable mattresses. Didn't pressure us, allowed us time to try them out and discuss.

Initial phone query answered and invite to store for mattress trial accepted. Chazz was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all products. Thanks to Chazz we now have full bedding set and would highly recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

Tom was incredibly helpful, took his time, and even made me a cup of tea. His product knowledge and honesty about what I’d need was excellent. Can’t believe he is only 19! What a sound head on young shoulders. Professional, courteous and mature. Lovely experience in the Horsham store. Give him a pay rise please!
