I would thoroughly recommend Dreams at Horsham. I was particularly impressed with Tracey she was polite,professional,extremely efficient and very knowledgeable about all of the product range.....even parting with a sizeable amount of money didn't seem as bad and she also made a great cup of coffee.

We were highly satisfied with the service we received from Tom. He was such a pleasant young man, answered all our questions about the mattress, leaving us to try everything & discuss things alone before we decided which one to purchase.

Given good advice. No rush even though it was close to closing time. Told of options. Shown samples and given choice of finance deal. We left with new pillows and delivery within 8 days of the selected bed and mattress. Offered tea, coffee or water when we were ready to place an order. Overall a very pleasant experience.
