Tracey was really helpful, she helped us identify the selection of mattresses to choose from as we wanted natural materials. Tracey introduced us to the tempur pillows as well which we decided to purchase along with the mattress and devan. Very happy with our experience today and can't wait to receive our new bed!

Chazz the sales assistant was FANTASTIC. My mum who is 92 came in for a new bed and was quite confused as to what she wanted but Chazz was brilliant with her - she made my mum feel like she had all the time in the world to help her and even laid down on the bed with her. Chazz has sold us a bed before and again she was superb. Please please give recognition to her because she is a massive credit to your company. Beds aren't the most interesting of things to sell, in my opinion! but she is so enthusiastic, friendly and really listens to your needs. She's a star and you are very lucky to have her working for you. Her validation code is 318 by the way.

Good choice of products at reasonable prices, knowable staff and lots of choice.
