Speedy service good product knowledge from sales person who guided us through the options. Order process was quick delivery time average good experience spoilt by complete lack of parking had to pay to park in Waitrose opposite

The assistant (Tracey) was very helpful and listened to what we were after and then tailored her suggestions but above all else took the time to show us the range of products on offer and ensure we were happy with our choice. Tracey was also very helpful when it came to the order and making sure we understood the benefits of the cover we purchased in addition to the mattress.

I wanted to speak to someone about disposal of the old bed so I phoned Horsham branch and spoke to Mark who was very helpful so I placed my order with him.

From the moment I walked in to the time I left the staff were helpful, polite & attentive but not in my face. The lady even made me a cup of tea when I joked for one. Wonderful staff & fantastically run considering the day I went in they were short staffed. Highly recommend to my friends & family & I would go back again in the future for further orders.

Tracy was excellent and everything was made very clear and easy. We were able to try every mattress on our shortlist. Big help.

Tom and his colleagues were welcoming and friendly, it was very straightforward to narrow down my choices with the assistance of the salesperson. The manager that day was also very accommodating. Buying a mattress is a significant purchase and the experience was made much easier by the calm and patient approach of the staff.

The Horsham branch were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff were great at assisting us in choosing the correct mattress to suit us. Was even better being that the mattress was reduced from £715 to £289 in the black Friday sale. Delivery was quick. The 2 guys were really lovely and helpful. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received. I purchased my bedroom furniture from you years ago and I am still very pleased with that also.
