Very efficient staff who knew their products and were keen to help us choose the bed.

We recently moved to Horsham from Nottingham and needed a new mattress for our bed. We had visited a number of stores previously but still needed better guidance in order to make the right decision for such a considered purchase. As we entered the Dreams store in Horsham we were warmly greeted by Tracey who offered us coffee, which we accepted, and we were then expertly assisted in our mattress selection. Tracey clearly explained the differences and benefits of each mattress without any pressure and gave us ample time to make our decision. Ordering was straight forward. We were very pleased to take advantage of the end of season sale promotion together with an additional armed forces discount. In addition we took out the very reasonable insurance and mattress cover option for peace of mind. We can fully recommend Dreams to anyone wishing to buy a new mattress.

A very pleasant assistant helped us select a mattress that we hope will be what we require. She was friendly and informative, explaining all we needed to know regarding our selected mattress.

Tracey immediately greeted us, and was pleasant and very helpful throughout our visit. She was very knowledgeable and sensitive, guiding us through the range of mattresses available. We were entirely happy and pleased with the attention we received.

I went into the store intending to have a look around and possibly buy a single bed. After a couple of minutes, I was approached by a friendly sales person (Debbie) and she advised me and showed me what was available.
