Mark was very friendly he even made my husband a cup of coffee... after us telling mark what we needed he showed us a few beds to sit on and test in fact he went and got a pillow so that I could lay down on the beds... thanks for your fantastic service

The salesman was extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

I spoke to Tracey on the phone before coming to the store and she was very informative and helpful, giving me clear instructions on where I could park. She did not try to 'hard sell' me by saying that the offer I was looking at would close the next day as can often be the case! When I arrived I was greeted by one member of staff and Tracey recognised me from my earlier call and was expecting me. I had my son with me to try the bed out and she took time in showing us all the options and was knowledgeable about the products and able to give good advice.

Tracey and Mark were very friendly and polite when we entered the store, this carried on through out our visit and even made coffee and tea for us . I am not knowledgeable about mattresses and Tracey explained everything in great detail about all the different types, I was overwhelmed by this .i was asking her to pick one for me and she said try them all for as long as I wanted and to move about on them ie on my back or side then narrow it down to 2 which I did . There wasn’t a hard sell at all and she explained all about the trial period which I think is a brilliant idea but hopefully won’t have to use it I was a hotel proprietor and I would definitely employ both Tracey and Mark as they were genuine people who cared about others, they also had a laugh and a joke with me which again is very important

Marc was great, took the time to greet us enthusiastically and let us know about the colour swatches on the model we were looking at without being too pushy. He was really helpful and took the time to go through all aspects of product detail and our order thoroughly but without taking too long and whilst also making us laugh. He is an absolute credit to Dreams and the Horsham store. Thank you Marc for making our experience easy and enjoyable

Shopping in dreams is a lovely experience from start to finish. I got welcomed when I arrived and the staff know a lot about the products. I was offered a drink and shown all mattresses which would be best for me. The staff were very helpful and patient. The whole bed buying experience was personal and beyond my expectations.

Quick pleasant efficient service

‘Lady Linda’ who looked after us was professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. We visited the Horsham store where colleagues most certainly work as a team.
