Fantastic service from both manager (Marc) and assistant (Chazz) ... listened to what we required but were not at all pushy ... did not feel pressured or rushed at all.

The lady Debbie I believe she was called catered to my shopping needs. She offered assistance where required, and another lady Yazz was on hand to assist. Amazing service, not pushy, just a willingness to help.

The staff, particularly Tracey, were very helpful but unobtrusive, offering help when required but not at all pushy which was very much appreciated. Very good knowledge about the products and extremely informative. But I never felt obliged to buy and felt relaxed about saying that I was heading to another bed store to make comparisons as it was such a large investment. I did in fact place another order for a third bed to be delivered to my son's uni residence. Feel very happy and most of that is down to the helpfulness of your staff. Thank you.
