Marc was excellent. I've honestly never received customer service of this level. He was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He honestly should receive recognition for the work he does. You can tell he is passionate about what he does.

We were made welcome when we arrived and our requirements were dealt with very efficiently.

Tracy was very helpful & knowledgeable. She wasn’t at all pushy. Offered assistance ...left us to it ...came back after a short while & answered our questions.

Most helpful but not pushy sales assistant.

I found the experience easy and will certainly return when I need to purchase another product.

The staff were super friendly. I was offered drinks. They were very helpful, showing us the different options for each of the beds they had in stock. My daughter is super excited about getting her new bed

The girl was very helpful my husband is disabled and he lay on the bed thought he would go to sleep.

I explained the type of product that I needed and without hesitation the sales assistant was able to give me a complete summary of the best products to meet my needs and was able to explain their differences in terms of quality and price.

I was served by Debbie-I had bought a bedframe 2 weeks ago and returned to buy a mattress for it. She remembered me and gave me great assistance.

We were not pounced on as soon as we walked in, after a time of looking Tracey came to see if she could be of assistance, she was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
