he did a great job as delivery date was weeks away and he managed to alter my order for a quicker delivery date

It was late in the day and nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Debbie, our Dreams Colleague, was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the mattresses on display. She asked relevant questions to ascertain our requirements and showed us several mattresses and explained the differences between them so that we could easily make a choice of which mattresses to try out. We were allowed to try out the mattresses without interference. Debbie did check to make sure we were alright and to see if we'd made a final decision, but didn't pressure us to rush our decision. Payment, delivery options, and arranging disposal of our old mattress was simple and efficiently carried out.

Marc made the whole process easy. He was exceptionally helpful and gave us the time we needed to make our choices. Thank you Marc
