As we walked through the door we were greeted with a welcome and a smile. We were asked if we would like some hello. We were also asked if we would like a coffee. The sales assistant was only a youngster but very attentive and polite, his name was Tom.

colleague had good knowledge but also knew when to let us look on our own and step back. Also very child friendly and providing us with a cool drink on a hot day was a nice touch and not expected at a bed store!

Sales assistant was very helpful allowing time to explain products , leaving time for us to choose on our own & then offering additional information on final choice . Shop was clean & tidy and offered a good range of products Never felt pressure to make purchase
