Our sales assistant was Debbie. She was charming and very friendly. It was mainly because of her that we made a purchase. We had visited other bed stores in the area and found the staff nowhere near as nice. Debbie was knowledgeable and eager to find out our needs rather than push something that we didn’t want. She made the whole experience a pleasurable one for us and very easy.

We were served by Debbie who provided exactly the right level of support, neither over bearing or pushy, she had an amazingly friendly and helpful manner and went out of her way to accommodate our frequently changing requirements. She is an absolute asset to your store

The member of staff assisting use was very understanding and knowledgeable. Gave very good advise and wasn't pushy giving us adequate time to consider options and then also recommended products which secured the sale.

The sales assistant Tracey was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to try a mattress that we saw on-line but it was not in the store so we tried another one similar but a bit more expensive. She offered us a small discount and provided information on mattress recycling. She also offered us something to drink. Great service. Thank you.

Very impressed with staff.. service ...quality. The products seemed very good value for the money. The sale items were definitely worth the price.

The lady gave me time to talk and was not pushy at all and listened to what i had to say. It seemed as if she was really interested in giving me the best deal for the bed i wanted and liked. She was friendly and at no point did she make me feel i was wasting her time.

Really friendly team and atmosphere! Made us feel at ease with their knowledge as we were unsure what we were looking for. Always gave us information about all of the products instead of just one. And we didn’t once feel under pressure to buy. All in all a very good experience. Thanks!
