Very helpful and welcoming staff. Not received my bed yet so cannot comment on that yet. Very happy with the service received so far. Much better than Bensons!

Marc has a strong sales team in his branch and it shows in the enthusium of his approach to customers,like ourselves. We enjoyed our time in the store as he made us feel so relaxed nothing was too much trouble to him.

Was served by a very friendly & knowledgeable lady (Chazz). From initial call by phone to our visit I was very impressed with her knowledge & honesty. Even made us a cup of tea!

Chazz approached us and was very friendly. She listened as we discussed what we wanted based on our current bed and previous experiences. As an owner of Dreams products herself, Chazz was able to recommend the best mattress, pillows, duvet and such to fit our needs. She explained everything in detail and had the patience of a saint with our four year old son!

We were met by a friendly and knowledgeable sales person (Chazz). They were superb! They made everything very easy and we were very satisfied with our visit.

Staff very attentive and helpful. Knowledgeable about the product we were purchasing. Store set up so its easy to see what you are looking for. Information notices very helpful and covers all ranges you can buy (we were looking for zip linked bed and it told you which beds could be purchased using zip link).

Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Horsham is a good showroom, with very helpful and friendly staff! (only downside is there is no parking)
