Great customer service. Chazz was knowledgeable, helpful, patient & friendly and you could tell she enjoys what she does. Experience showed particularly in the process of choosing the right mattress which was great. Guidance re: product was good & the whole shopping experience was a pleasure.

Tracey was the lady that served us and she was very patient. She did not hassle us at all but was available if we had any query.

The lady that dealt with us, Tracey, was absolutely brilliant. Really attentive and interested in how she could best help us. I also met 2 other staff members, another lady who's name I didn’t catch and a gentleman by the name of Mark, who again was brilliant. A fantastic team! Well done to the branch.
