Dreams - Horsham

We were made to feel very welcome by the member of the dreams staff (Chazz) . The knowledge and advice given was extremely helpful and helped us to make the right decision in buying the rights products.

The staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive without being too much in our face. They listened to our requirements, showed us options in keeping with what we had in mind, offered us coffee and gave us time to look and consider. The store was well laid out and it was easy to view the beds on display and to move between the ones we were considering. We were made to feel like we were being listened to and respected. We were happy with the recommendations of the staff and the ease of the sale process.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Tracey, offered a cup of coffee, left to browse, then when we were ready to ask questions Tracey had very good product knowledge and helped us with the confusing process of choosing the right mattress

Tracy was the colleague who helped us select our ideal bed. She was very knowledgable about the whole range of beds that Dreams sell & quickly helped up select just the one that were looking for. Tracy was very friendly & professional which added to a great costomer experience.

Staff very helpful, not pushy, there when you needed them and answered all questions giving us a real insight into what our needs were.

Everthing went well with my visit, Tracey explained the mattress types to me which was very helpful.

The assistant who helped was very knowledgable she listened when we explained what we were looking for, in fact we decided to purchase our bed from you and not even visit your competitors showroom on the strength of your assistant as we thought she was that good. Her name was Chazz
