Dreams - Horsham

Sent to another branch to view the product (Crawley) assistant very arrogant, and was telling me that I should buy from him instead of my local branch which was Horsham to keep his figures up and he had done all the donkey work , when I only went there to view a bed that Horsham did not have on display. I went back to Horsham and purchased the mattress. I suggest that you put the top end products in Horsham as it would be a more likely area to sell than Crawley and a lot more helpful assistants.

Being both mine and my partner's first time buying a bed, we didn't really know what to expect. However we needn't have worried, we were greeted kindly and given plenty of useful information as we tried out various mattresses. We were offered hot drinks which was a pleasant surprise, especially on such a cold day, and left confident in our purchases. Once the mattress arrived we were exceedingly happy with how comfortable it was, the only real issue being getting out of bed for work and leaving it! We would recommend Dreams to anyone wanting a good nights sleep.

Tracey approached us as soon as we started to look around, but didn't hassle us. When we wanted time to consider the options, she gave us a place to sit and a cup of coffee each. We were also able to use the extremely clean and convenient facilities. Tracey was very patient with our indecision, especially as she was also dealing with another 2 customers at the same time. She was the only evident member of the serving staff in the store but never became stressed or impatient.

To be honest I had thought that we would buy from John Lewis's across the road. This was because I felt I could trust them price wise and lets face it, who can tell a quality bed from a slightly less good one until you've had it a good few years. However when we went in there there was nobody to help us. We went across to Dreams and Tracey made sure we knew which beds came in the right size and type for us and gave us pillows to use to try all the beds. She wasn't put off by my husbands impatience and boredom! She gave us time and space to try them out but was there to help and offer advice when needed. Maybe it helped that we were the only ones in there most of the time. I was reassured and we bought when I didn't think we would. It was easy to place the order and sort out a delivery date.

Friendly helpful staff with excellent knowledge of products and professional manner.

We visited the Horsham store where we were greeted by Marc. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and completely understood our requirements. A refreshing change to deal with a sales person who understands costumer service and the balance of guiding us to the right product but giving enough space and time to make our own decision.
