We had researched the bed we needed but were able to change our mind after getting advice and trying the beds in store

Mark, the store manager was friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered information about the products available, sale information, guarantee details and even offered refreshments.

The person who helped us, Tracey, was extremely helpful and also knew when to leave us alone to try the mattress and discuss between us. Tracey clearly knew what she was talking about and while we did buy some extra pillows, we did not feel pressurised to buy any more 'extras' than we needed. This is a big plus and we have walked out of stores before because of pushy sales people! Al in all, we are very happy, and grateful to Tracey for her help.

I was delighted to find exactly th,e product I have been seeking for some time, and in the sale. The young man who assisted me could not have been more helpful, with a pleasant, friendly manner. His name is Mark he told me.

Staff member Tracey was extremely helpful in explaining the options for a new double mattress, offering good, practical suggestions and helpful information on the different operational chararcteristics of the various materials used.

The Sales Assistant, Lady Tracey, was excellent in every respect. A pleasurable shopping experience.

We were met by Tracey as we entered the Horsham store, she was very friendly and listened to us when we explained what we wanted. Once we had made our choices she put our order through quickly and easily, she did not try to oversell the extended warranty/ insurance which we did take out on our mattress. A very pleasant visit overall.
