I can't really point to anything specific. I don't think you could do much more to improve the experience, I just don't think I could ever be highly satisfied with a bed shop. However the experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come again!

Just the price really, Tempur mattresses are very expensive and they never seem to offer much opportunity to get them cheaper in the Sales.

I and my partner looked at various shops and compared various mattress, however as we were on our lunch break we had a limited amount of time to dedicate to the 'experience' of choosing our bed which seemed quite enjoyable if we had more time available to spend in the shop.

I took advantage of the sales offers, but ended up buying a Dreams mattress that wasn't on sale so it created doubt in my mind whether I got the best possible value for money!! I was going to alter my order but decided to stay with my choice thanks to more info from the sales assistant Tracey (Horsham shop), who had indeed been very helpful during my visit...... as there were a bewildering number of offers and options.
