I spent over £2500 and was told I would be charged for delivery and construction of the divan. I said I wasn't impressed and the charges were removed. My experience would have been better if I hadn't been put in this position in the first place.

Lack of product knowledge (he read off the product info label as opposed to knowing the spec of the item); had to negotiate for a more specific time delivery and mattress removal to be included in the price - on a purchase of £1799 for 1 item, this seemed wrong.

to be highly satisfied would need to be something extra. I got exactly what I went in to buy and all went smoothly so was satisfied.

When purchasing the item, the payments options were different from what was offered online. In store, we had to opt for 10 months interest free and a 20% deposit, but online it advised for the same product and cost, i wasn't required to pay a deposit and could do 18 months interest free.
