We were offered a wide variety of products that we were looking for by a polite and ready available member or staff

We were out looking for new mattress , it wasn’t an amazing experience , staff were friendly but it is what it is a shopping experience

Quite a small store so limited selection to see. Haven’t received the bed yet so felt unable to make a judgement on the quality of the item until we receive it.

On arrival it took a while for us to be greeted, we also noticed that people were walking round with hot drinks but we were never offered one. One of the young show room assistants seem reluctant to approach us or offer help which felt awkward, we had to search for a member of staff who was happy to deal with us.

Didn't say I was not satisfied. Until I have the bed & sleep in it, I won't be able to know if it was a good purchase.

Received a call on the day of delivery to say the lorry had not turned up. Was told to call customer services. I asked for them to call me - still waiting!

I feel I have been misled when buying the mattress I was told of your price promise which turns out to be pointless as when I found the same mattress cheaper I was told it was not possible that any other firm sells it so what is the point of telling me about a price promise when it is not applicable it’s a complete joke!!
