Sales person was attentive but not in your face Happy to use the Dream works machine, and then the sales associate showed us all the mattresses personally and in addition one that wasnt on the list - this happened to be the one that we bought The actual sales part was painless and he didn't force on further options, but offered them in a way that we didn't feel pressured.

The recycling of our old mattress and not going into landfill. The attentiveness of the sales person, whilst also giving is space to decide. Helped with pillows allowed us to take our time. It was a nice experience.
